Individual coaching

In indvidual coaching we work together to tackle specific problems and we focus on your spiritual growth. Align your values, goals, and actions and breathe into a lasting positive upgrade to your personal and professional life.

We all have different challenges we have to deal with. Here are some themes that can come up: Stress, anxiety and depression / Self limiting beliefs and negative self talk / Anger and self control / Career and finance and much more.

The program

  • 5-10 sessions create awareness and lasting change

  • session 1-5, gain awareness and learn techniques

  • session 6-10, we focus on creating lasting change

  • sessions are held in Big Wave Bay and take 2-2,5 hours

Workshops and lectures range from breathing to mitigate stress and anxiety at work, to breathwork that enhances sports performace and cna prevent injury. Teambuilding events are focused on building awareness around emotions, communication and connection.
