One of the reasons why I do this work is because of my own experience with traditional therapy. I worked with an excellent psychologist but had three big frustrations:
There was never enough time during a session.
The process was open-ended.
After a long time of trying to understand what happened in the past and how it influenced my behavior, I understood everything better, but it didn’t cause any significant change. My life was still the same struggle.
As an industrial designer and entrepreneur, I prefer pragmatic solutions. I developed my current work style through research, study, and experimentation.
I add spiritual and philosophical coaching and combine it with breathwork. This combination makes the work much more effective than traditional counseling and is efficient in terms of time, money, and outcome.

We work on breath awareness and conscious breathing practices.
The breath is an integrated part of our nervous and biochemical systems. With breath awareness, you learn to understand what is going on with you on a mental and physical level.
With conscious breathing, we practice different techniques that you can use in daily situations to stay calm and take charge. The main breathing practice however is geared towards what is called ‘conscious connected breathing’ or ‘circular breathing’. This form of breathing helps to create space for more constructive and positive patterns and helps to dissolve self-limiting beliefs, and self-sabotaging behavior and integrate unresolved emotions.

Creating a different relationship with with a chronic health condition and can make a significant impact on its how you experience life. Many chronic health issues also have an emotional component and breath therapy can often help with over al improvement in your wellness.

Of course. The diagnoses that you received in the past can be helpful for our work as it identifies certain patterns that you display to get through life. My job is to help you grow past the limitations of your current patterns and help you dissolve the limitations that they create.

Yes, covid times have taught us that this work can also be done online. I have worked with many clients remotely including my own mum.
